Maternity Cover
Having worked within a team for quite a few years I know from first hand experience how difficult it is to cover someone’s job as well as your own. If you know a member of your staff is going on maternity and you’ll possibly struggle with the amount of work coming in, rather than letting it pile up let me alleviate the load. The type of cover I’ll supply really depends on your needs. I can work as a freelance graphic designer and web designer taking jobs on as and when they come in. But you’ll also have the option for me to come into the office and become a short term member of the team. After an initial meeting we’ll put a plan in place to work as efficiently as possible for you. As maternity can be up to a year we’ll adapt and change the plan if needs be. Everything will be done in advance so we’re all on the same page.
Holiday Cover
Web Design and Graphic Design holiday cover is an option for short term demands. A lot of design companies tend to have busy periods around summer and christmas. With many members of staff taking holiday around a similar period of time. If your design and web company is finding you’ve got too much work on then I can become that extra pair of hands to help clear the deck. I can come into your office and work closely with the rest of the team or I can freelance and take the jobs and as an when they come in. It’s completely up to you, I always say to clients to utilise me in the best way possible for their company that way keeping everything running smoothly.
