I am completely flexible when quoting for a website design and management job. Some clients like to pay everything upfront, some like to split payments and others like to break down costs into smaller bite size chunks.
We’ll work out the best solution for you right from the start. That way we’re all on the same page and there are no hidden costs (as some companies do).
Website Prices
All website are unique and bespoke to each client. Therefore I quote all projects separately based on your specific requirements. Taking the time to get to know a client and their company is important to me before I start a job.
Websites from 1 to 100+ pages
This packages includes all websites from a one page website to a multiple page website. It doesn’t matter what type of website you need the process is always the same. After an initial discussion to find out what you require I’ll send over a quote. Once the quote and outlined proposal has been agreed I will then create a website visual and put a sitemap together. The initial visual will help to kick start the project and then we can develop from there. All my websites are fully content manageable giving you the opportunity to update the web content yourself. I do offer a website management service where I effectively become an extension of your team, this can be discussed and quoted at any point. There are quite a few options that you can have on your website for example sliding banners, contact forms, galleries. These options will be discussed at out initial meeting.I include basic Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) with this package which will give you a boost to being found online. Your domain name and first year of hosting are also included with this package.

eCommerce product websites
This package is for eCommerce website where you want to sell products online. There are a variety of solutions when building an eCommerce website. The final product will be based on your requirements for example you may want a blog or news feed, some clients might only require 10 products on their sire whereas others may need 200 products. The best solution for you will be decided after an initial meeting. Once I know your requirements I’ll send over a quote with an outline of the project. Once the quote has been signed off I’ll work up an initial visual and create a sitemap. From there we’ll develop the visual until we end up with something you’re completely happy with. All my eCommerce websites are fully content manageable giving you the opportunity to update the web content yourself this includes uploading all your products and editing website information. I include basic Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) with this package which will give you a boost to being found online. Your domain name and first year of hosting are also included with this package.

All website management prices are quoted individually and reflect the clients needs. Below are the types of options I can provide for your business.
Web Management
from £250 per month
Web management can include anything from a monthly web updates, adding additional pages, producing local landing pages and/or updating a news and blog feed. The bottom line it’s a solution for you to keep your website fresh and updated whilst you concentrate on what you do best. It may sound like a lot of money but by paying monthly the overall cost to you will be much cheaper than you paying a design company per individual job/update and the added bonus it forms a good relationship and trust between the client and myself.
Web Content Creation
from £35
Do you need high quality imagery or creative graphic designed banners for your website in Warrington? I design and produce all types of styled banners and designs to fit your brand and give you that professional look. The price of content creation will be quoted per job as it can be quite varied. For example if you need one banner design it may be at a slightly higher rate per banner than if you want five designs produced in one go. Please get in touch so I can provide an individual cost.
Emailers & Newsletter
from £45
I can design and build monthly emailers that are sent out to all your contacts. You have the option to choose whether you want me to build the templates only and you fill out the content or for me to design, build and populate the content. I can design one-off emailers or we can look at monthly or even quarterly emailers. It’s all open for discussion to find the best and easiest solution for you.

Hosting and Backed Up

It may sound a lot but standard web hosting with the bigger companies start from £60 per year and they don’t include backups. They tend to add that on as an extra cost from £40 upwards. I like to be up front and give you the security know everything is backed up safely and if anything were to go wrong you could pick up the phone and speak to me direct.
Website System & Security Updates
from £100 per year
Just like a phone you need to keep your website updated. If you don’t keep a phone updated eventually it gets glitches and may even stop working. This concept is exactly the same with a website. You need to keep a website updated throughout the year to avoid any unwanted bugs or hacks. Ultimately it needs to run smoothly for your customers and clients. For £50 a year I will take all that hassle away from you giving you peace of mind everything is how it should be.
